SCALLION, PERGOGIE, HORSE EARS BANANA

  • this was the simplest meal of all:
  • i simply: had all the scallions at my local market (day-old0 reservede for me, and then cooked off some perogues (like parliament, right, Tory-lovers??) at them, then
  • had my vietnamese friend graham mince some ulterior “ingredes” for the mash-up
  • AND FOR DESERT!
  • seared banana in-skin like maughm used to make!

ok so my sec2nd foraY into cooking came at a price —- a decilious price!! SEveral people have been talking to me about brewing beers, at my house. so:

  • i got on board

  5. i added all the ingredients together in a glass then put them in a pot
  6. simply BOIL!
  7. VOILA= FINISHED PRODUCT for us all
